Thank you for allowing Eco Property Wash to quote on the cleaning of your property. Below you will find all our terms and conditions.
Please ensure to cover all plants or flowers that cannot be moved away from the building. Whilst Eco Property Wash will take care to avoid any plants or flowers, we will not be held responsible for any damage.
You are required to move all moveable plants and flowers along with any other items such as furniture, toys, footwear, or clothing away from the property and keep washing away from the service area. Failure to do so will result in this part of the building not being washed to avoid damage, with the full amount still owing on the invoice.
An exterior clean does not include the following but not limited to: Decks, pergolas, inside guttering, garages not connecting to the property, walls not connected to the property, fencing, driveways, and paths. Eco Property Wash would be more than happy to offer a quote to clean the aforementioned areas.
If Eco Property Wash deems any dogs on the property to be dangerous and they are left free on the property, we will not proceed with the work. This will also incur a $75 fee for attendance or if the work is part of a pre-paid promotion the pre-payment will not be refunded, and the job will be cancelled.
Please note it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure any electrical item, appliance, or fixture that may or could get wet by our washing is waterproof to a suitable standard that our washing process will not cause any damage whatsoever. If damage is caused for any reason by the water we use, this is the sole responsibility of the home or property owner and not of Eco Property Wash.
An exterior clean of a building and or roof uses a system that involves water in the process. It is the owner’s sole responsibility to ensure your building and or roof is watertight. By accepting this quote, you are accepting liability if there is any damage by water leakage or ingress.
If your property is using tank water, it is your responsibility to disconnect the water tanks prior to your property being cleaned. For advice on when to reconnect your tanks please discuss this with your operator on the day or feel free to call us.
Failure to cancel your appointment will incur a $75 fee or the invoice total whichever is greater.
Please note failure to make payment on time will incur late penalty interest at a rate of 14% per annum on all outstanding balances, including any fees and or collection costs.
By accepting this quote whether in writing, verbally, or accepting the quote electronically you accept the terms of conditions.
